  • Lead Agile delivery strategy across 35 cross-functional engineering teams delivering complex North American automotive software programs, ensuring predictability, alignment, and scalable execution across product lines.

  • Own end-to-end program governance, including roadmap alignment, scope definition, milestone tracking, dependency mapping, risk identification, mitigation planning, and delivery accountability.

  • Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning across enterprise portfolios, ensuring structured planning, dependency visualization, and capacity alignment to enable predictable delivery and stakeholder confidence.

  • Proactively surface and resolve cross-team technical and organizational blockers, coordinating with engineering, product, platform architects, and leadership to drive timely decision-making.

  • Define, standardize, and optimize delivery processes and operating mechanisms (PI readiness, backlog health, release cadence, metrics lifecycle) to improve flow efficiency, engineering throughput, and quality of releases.

  • Drive portfolio-level visibility through dashboards, OKRs, and delivery health reporting, enabling executives, engineering leaders, and stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

  • Partner with executive leadership, engineering managers, and product owners to align long-term product strategy with execution readiness, balancing scope, priority, capacity, and customer commitments.

  • Strengthen Agile maturity across the organization, mentoring product teams, Scrum Masters, and Engineering Managers to improve predictability, self-organization, and value delivery.

  • Champion continuous improvement by implementing scalable frameworks (SAFe principles, Jira Align governance, DevOps culture) leading to higher delivery reliability, stronger collaboration, and improved time-to-market.

  • Influence cultural transformation, establishing high-trust working models, transparency, and alignment across distributed teams to improve execution cadence and organizational agility.
